Welcome to my Journal/blog/collection of waffle/examples of procrastination.

I tend to keep most of my posts locked. I do this not because they contain loads of personal information, but because I am a private person by nature. Having said that, I like to get to know people and I make it a point to comment on any posts that pop up on my reading page. Well, unless I have nothing to say. This is rare since I always find something to say, even when there’s no real point to it

So about me....I'm a Telly Addict. I have a long list of programmes that I watch (the complete list is in my profile) but the top five are currently: 

1. Castle
2. Rizzoli & Isles
3. Fringe
4. The Mentalist
5. Criminal Minds

This does not mean I spend every single post ranting and raving about the latest episodes I've seen. After all, that's what comms are for. Though if something does bother me enough to post about it, it's going to be rather vague to avoid spoilers for those that don't watch at the speed I do.

I also love music, movies and books. My taste in all of these are very wide and varied. Music wise I can go from classical to rap via folk and rock all in the one playlist. Movies are very much the same in that I will watch absolutely anything, but if it's rubbish it gets moved to the "seen it, never again" column. Books, well everything except chicklit is fair game to me.

I know a little about a lot of things and a bit more on a select few. One of the select few being design as I'm currently working as a web designer but I'm also a qualified graphic designer. I'll try and spare you from my odd love of typography.

So that's me in a nut shell. Oh and my pet bouncer up there is called Sue. Don't look him directly in the eye and you'll be fine.

Oh, you may find it handy to know that I refer to my Dad as The Bearded Wonder or Bearded and my sisters as No.1 and No.2. It's not wise to call my Mum anything other than her name or mum. 

[It should be noted that my grasp of written language is absolutely shocking most of the time. Especially spelling. You have been warned]
